Terms of Service, Our Agreement 📜

1. Introduction

Welcome to GOGO Web Design. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products (collectively, "Services"). Upon full and final payment for Services, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (e.g., website code, design assets). GOGO Web Design retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials. Any third-party intellectual property (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins) used in the project will be subject to their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GOGO Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
